The police are holding an Older Persons Activity Learning Safety event at the Sele Farm Community centre on Wednesday 4th April from 9.30am through to 2.00pm. This is an opportunity for our older citizens to meet up with various support agencies, the idea being the various agencies will give a 15 minute talk to each table and then move to the next table in turn. They have 10 agencies signed upĀ for the event, each of which will be providing advice and safety information. A free hot meal will be provided at the end of the event.
They have a limited number of spaces available, if you are interested in attendingĀ or know an elderly neighbour who may benefit from the event, please respond to terry.morris2@herts.pnn.police.uk.
The event is on Wednesday 4th April starting at 9.30am through to 2.00pm at SELE Farm Community Centre, Perrett Gardens, SG14 2LW.
