Parents south of the A414 have formed the SG13 Primary School Action Group. On 7 February 2012 they delivered a petition against the suggested temporary expansion at Morgans Primary School to Hertfordshire County Council’s Education and Skills Cabinet Panel. Town, district and county councillor Peter Ruffles said: “I have grave concerns about the possible impact of the current shortage of primary school places in Hertford. Some Ware Road and some Bengeo parents will face very difficult family decisions”. For more information about the action group email sg13primaryschoolactiongroup@hotmail.co.uk.
