Speed limit roundel markings to be painted in the Summer

Speed limits are to be painted on Cowper Crescent and The Avenue in the Summer. Resurfacing tends to happen at the beginning of the year, but painting happens later in the year when it warms. The 20mph signs should help inform motorists of the correct speed.
