No Waiting areas on the Rat Run

Last year Hertfordshire County Council put up notices to add double yellow lines on the corner of The Avenue and Church Road, and secondly on the cross roads where Fanshawe Street, Byde Street and Farquhar Street meet. These areas can create a big impact to traffic flow and pedestrian safety when cars are parked in there.
